The single idea at the heart of GGNomad is that a trip is one object, not a pile of separate confirmations — and the itinerary-to-checkout flow is where that idea becomes real.

The itinerary​

The itinerary is the traveler's plan: a day-by-day collection of stays, tours, experiences, and event tickets.

  • Build as you browse — add stays, tours, experiences, and tickets while exploring a destination
  • A live running total — the total updates instantly as items are added and survives navigation within the session
  • One spine, every trip type — the same itinerary grows from a solo getaway to a shared group plan to a festival-plus-stay bundle without changing tools

Group planning​

In progress. A shared itinerary lets a group browse the same stays, tours, and activities together, vote on options, comment inline, and split costs — so a group converges on a plan without a spreadsheet.

The unified checkout​

The selection carries straight into a single checkout; there is no re-assembling the trip at the end.

  1. Set dates and guests — choose dates and guest counts and review each item
  2. See itemized totals — subtotal, taxes, service fees, and any discount are broken out so the final amount is fully explained before you commit
  3. Confirm once — choosing a payment method and confirming materializes every booking for the relevant host or operator, each with a durable identity and timeline
  4. Follow it afterward — from that moment the trip lives on one timeline, advancing as each booking moves and reminding the traveler the day before

Why it's first-class​

The most expensive friction in travel is not finding a hotel; it is assembling a whole trip across tools that don't talk to each other, then discovering the real total only at the final step of each one. GGNomad models the plan (itinerary), the supply it draws on (listings and their availability), and the confirmation (bookings) as one connected flow — so a trip stays one thing from the first idea to the last reminder.

This is the difference between juggling several apps and pressing "book the weekend" once.

AI-powered planning​

Roadmap / target experience. Over time, GGNomad's ambition is to make planning genuinely intelligent — suggesting destinations that fit a traveler's taste, season, and budget, drafting a day-by-day itinerary that flows, and hinting at good windows to book. This is described as the target experience so the vision and the current reality are never confused.
