DestinationA place travelers discover by interest, season, budget, and search. Destinations surface stays, tours, experiences, and events.
EventA dated entertainment offering (concert, show, festival, attraction) discoverable by destination and bookable on the same spine as stays.
ExperienceAn activity or tour offered by a host or operator, such as a cooking class, guided hike, or cultural workshop.
Host / OperatorThe supply side of the marketplace — individuals or businesses that list stays, tours, experiences, or events.
ItineraryA traveler's day-by-day plan containing stays, tours, experiences, and tickets, with a live running total.
ListingThe unit of supply: a stay, tour, experience, or event owned by a host or operator. Listings move through verification before going live.
Marketplace operatorThe administrator who runs the platform control room — approves listings, oversees bookings, and monitors marketplace health.
ProviderA registered host or operator entity (guesthouse, tour company, venue) that owns listings and manages a booking queue.
ReviewA traveler rating and text review of a completed stay, tour, or event, which rolls into the listing's overall rating.
TripThe traveler's post-purchase home: a grouping of bookings that advances through their lifecycle on one timeline.
Trip timelineThe unified view that follows every booking from booked to checked-out, with reminders along the way.
Verification lifecycleThe process a listing follows from created → submitted → verified/active, gating discovery and bookings.
