Host Tools

GGNomad is a two-sided marketplace: travelers on one side, and hosts, tour operators, and venues on the other. The host and operator experience is a first-class part of the product.

Who lists on GGNomad

  • Hosts — guesthouses, boutique stays, and independent accommodation providers
  • Tour operators & experience providers — guides, activity hosts, and curators
  • Venues & event organizers — live events, shows, and attractions
  • Travel agencies & destination organizations — managing inventory for many people

What hosts and operators get

Onboarding to a live listing

From "I host travelers" to a verified, discoverable, bookable listing — with location, capacity, and offering type — through a verification lifecycle (created → submitted → verified/active).

A real availability calendar

Per-date and seasonal rates, per-date capacity, minimum stays, blackout dates, media, and an on/off availability toggle, so a fully booked weekend disappears from search until it reopens.

One booking queue

Confirm incoming bookings and move each through check-in and completion, with every transition recorded and reflected on the traveler's trip timeline.

Host analytics

Total revenue, bookings, occupancy, average booking value, and average rating at a glance — turning gut-feel decisions into data-backed ones. The same surface scales from a single property to a multi-property portfolio.

The marketplace operator

The marketplace operator (administrator) runs the platform's control room:

  • Listing approval — approve, verify, and suspend listings to keep quality high
  • Booking & user oversight across the whole marketplace
  • Financial oversight (in progress) of flows across the two sides
  • Marketplace analytics — category mix, growth, booking trends, and top hosts

Governance underneath

Because GGNomad runs on the Burdenoff platform, the same person can hold multiple roles — book a getaway as a traveler, rent a cabin as a host, run tours as an operator — while every action is scoped by role, every field is protected by RBAC, and every change is attributable. That is how a marketplace stays secure and auditable even as people move fluidly between roles.
